The four start hotel and conference center is designed to accommodate large and small groups. It offers 286 oversized guest rooms and six suites designed according to new Marriott standards. The interiors are sophisticated and upscale, yet draw inspiration from the surrounding Iowa landscape in finish, color and texture. The hotel offers 60,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 30,000 square foot convention hall. Also included are an upscale restaurant, bar and lounge.​
