Hensel Phelps district office provides services for its clients throughout the southeastern region of the United States. This office was designed as LEED CI Gold certified.
The second floor of the facility houses a state-of-the-art conference and training center as well as an exercise suite and shower facilities. The first floor is composed of offices and workstations for executive and support staff and spaces for support services.
The fourteen points of excellence that are part of the Hensel Phelps mission are incorporated into fourteen points of light recessed into a feature concrete wall that showcases the firms capabilities as a self-performing concrete company. The word PERFORMANCE is formed with backlit metal letters resting at the rear of the reception desk.
